Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account details you give us directly: name, email address, phone number (optional), and password (stored only as a secure hash — we never see or store your plaintext password). If you sign up with Google, we receive your name, email and Google account ID instead of a password.

The financial information you choose to enter to run simulations: income, expenses, assets, liabilities, goals, and the assumptions you select for a given scenario. Basic usage data such as login times and which features you use, so we can operate and improve the Service.

2. How we use it

Solely to power your account and your own simulations: running the calculations you request, saving your financial profile so you don't have to re-enter it, remembering your subscription and billing status, and providing customer support when you ask for it. We do not use your financial data to train models for other users, and we do not sell it to third parties.

3. Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary information with a small number of service providers who help us run the Service: our payment partner, Razorpay, for processing paid-plan purchases (they receive your payment details directly — we never see or store your card or bank details); our hosting provider, for storing the application and database; and Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google. We do not share your financial data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party for their own purposes, and the marketing site does not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

4. How we protect it

Passwords are hashed, never stored in plaintext. Sensitive platform credentials (such as payment and email provider keys) are encrypted at rest. Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS. Access to production data is restricted to what's needed to operate the Service. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take these steps to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account and financial data for as long as your account is active, so your simulations and history remain available to you. If you delete your account, we delete your personal and financial data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain limited records (such as transaction records) for legal, tax or accounting purposes.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, or export your financial data at any time from your account. You can delete individual entries, or close your account entirely, which removes your personal and financial data as described above. 7. Children's privacy

Wealth Simulate is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.

8. International data

Depending on which service providers are involved (for example, Google for Google Sign-In), some of your information may be processed outside India. Where that happens, we rely on those providers' own safeguards and only share the minimum information necessary for the feature you've chosen to use.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or applicable law. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and for material changes we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active users.
