1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wealth Simulate (the "Service"), operated by Hara Infotech Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What Wealth Simulate is — and isn't

Wealth Simulate is a financial simulation and planning tool. It projects illustrative outcomes based on the information you provide and the assumptions (tax slabs, inflation, expected returns, etc.) built into or chosen within the Service.

Wealth Simulate does not hold custody of your money, execute trades, manage investments, extend credit, act as a broker, or move money on your behalf in any way. Every projection is a model of what could happen under a given set of assumptions — not a promise, prediction, or guarantee of what will happen.

3. Not financial, tax or legal advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, tax, legal or financial advice, and no output should be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset, or to take any specific financial action. Simulations rely on assumptions that may not hold true (market returns, inflation, policy changes, and your own future income and spending are all inherently uncertain), so actual outcomes will differ from projections, sometimes significantly. Always consult a licensed, qualified professional before making financial, tax or legal decisions.

4. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your login credentials (and any device you're logged in on) secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Wealth Simulate offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. Pro is billed as a single one-time purchase, not a recurring auto-debit — you're charged once and Pro access continues for as long as your account exists; no plan is ever auto-renewed or auto-charged, and there is nothing to renew. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay; refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Feature availability by plan is described on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time; we'll make reasonable efforts to notify Pro users of material changes affecting features they've paid for.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data; interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation (including its infrastructure, rate limits or security controls); scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service without our written permission; or misrepresent your identity in a way intended to defraud us or another user.

7. Your data

You retain ownership of the financial information you enter into Wealth Simulate. We use it solely to power your account and your own simulations, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can access, export or delete this information from your account at any time.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, simulation methodology and content (excluding the financial data you provide), is owned by Hara Infotech Pvt Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own personal financial planning, subject to these Terms.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hara Infotech Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any financial decision made in reliance on a simulation, projection, or other output of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk to the Service or other users, with notice where reasonably practicable.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or applicable law. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and for material changes we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active users. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
